YOUTH PROGRAM

Fusing fitness, fundamentals, and fun, our kid-focused programs are the heart and soul of BTT. Teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through effective techniques and activities, we aim to engage each student on multiple levels. Our kids’ program is split into age/skill levels; Little Ninjas, Big Kids, and Teens. These programs are designed to maximize the developmental benefits of Jiu-Jitsu as well as to keep them coming back for more! This is our biggest program and #1 in the region for a reason.

ADULT PROGRAM

Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or looking to begin a self-defense class or fitness routine, we have created targeted programs to help every student reach their goals.

Little Ninjas Gi Class

The goal for this age group is to focus on the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu while also having fun. These sessions often include tactical games, drilling, positional work, and live rolls (once approved by the coach).

Big Kids Gi & No Gi Classes

These classes focus on reinforcing the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu while introducing new types of guards, passing systems, and age appropriate submissions. These sessions include warm ups, technique time, drilling, positional work and live rolls.

Teens Gi & No Gi Classes

These classes focus on reinforcing the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu while introducing more advanced types of guards, passing systems and submission chains. These sessions include warm ups, technique time, drilling, positional work and live rolls.

Gi Jiu-Jitsu Class

Our Gi program focuses on traditional self defense and competition sport Jiu-Jitsu. Our courses follow a specific curriculum to help our students develop a well rounded and comprehensive game. Students in this class are exposed to the core fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu while also learning intermediate and advanced techniques. We have experienced coaches that work with you no matter your age, ability, or skill level.

No Gi Grappling Class

Our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu program follows the same path as traditional Jiu-Jitsu while incorporating more Judo and wrestling principles. This class focuses on No-Gi adaptations of Gi concepts as well as fundamental, intermediate, and advanced techniques for both top and bottom players.

WEEKLY OPEN MAT

Dedicated mat time for unstructured live rolling or reviewing of techniques with seasoned instructors and fellow students of all ages and skill levels.
